After Reaching Out

1. Fill out contact form & receive a message.
2. Reserve a time to call, get to know each other, & talk wedding video.
3. Receive & review an invoice detailing your investment, followed by an online proposal that you can sign.
4. Pay $1000 retainer fee within 48 hours of signing contract. Retainer fee can be payed online via credit card or bank transfer.
& just like that, your date is reserved.

AS SOON AS CONTRACT IS SIGNED

Schedule times/locations of bridals, storytelling session, first look, and any other events in order to reserve the date.
75 DAYS BEFORE

1. Receive Pre-Wedding Questionnaire and link to schedule phone call for Timeline Consult.
2. Phone call for Timeline Consult.
3. Receive & Confirm Video Timeline. (this timeline will be sent to wedding planner as well)
ONE WEEK BEFORE

-A text or call to touch base, make sure you’re feeling good, and anser any questions.
(& talk about how excited we are it’s so soon!)
DAY OF

-Confirm we’re on our way.
-Arrive early to prepare everything.
-Confirm you’re feeling comfortable, excited, & ready to celebrate the day.
-Fill the day with dancing, flowers, kind words, friends, family, filming, & so many other good things.
Delivery

Within 50 Days: Receive album with wedding film + any additional footage ordered.
